Auction Northwest, LLC

Welcome to Auction Northwest. If you’re thinking of auctioning off farm equipment, tools, machinery and estate properties then you’re responsible to read, understand and comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale as specified herein and agree to be bound thereby.

Our audience bids based on their own discretion – it is your responsibility to educate yourself on the items that are up for bid. We cannot stress this enough. It is extremely important to always examine the authenticity of the product or read compliance in case of estate auction. Although our platform facilitates fair pricing as per the value of the product, you must not rely solely on this. Always examine the item yourself during our viewing times to make sure it meets your specifications.

Bidding is and will always be your choice. Don’t bid if you’re not comfortable or completely sure of the quality of the item. We encourage you to ask as many questions as you like, email us beforehand to get the information you need, and have fun!

All prospective bidders must register prior to participating in the auction. Registration may require providing personal information and agreeing to the terms and conditions herein.
All items listed for auction, including farm tools, machinery, estate assets, seizures, etc., are sold "as is" and "where is" with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect items thoroughly before placing bids.
Bids placed in the auction are binding contracts. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. Bidding increments and bid acceptance methods are at the discretion of the auctioneer.
A buyer's premium may apply to the final hammer price of each item sold. The percentage of the buyer's premium will be disclosed prior to bidding and added to the final purchase price.
Payment in full is due immediately upon the conclusion of the auction unless otherwise specified. Accepted forms of payment may include cash, certified funds, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers. Failure to make timely payment may result in forfeiture of items and legal action.
Applicable sales tax will be added to the final purchase price, unless a valid resale certificate or exemption is provided at the time of registration.
Purchased items must be removed from the auction premises within the specified timeframe. Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation, loading, and any associated costs. Failure to remove items promptly may result in storage fees or forfeiture of purchases.

Any disputes or discrepancies arising from the auction shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Idaho. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and binding.

All participants in the auction acknowledge and agree that the auction company, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the auction or as a result of purchasing auction items.
The auction company reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are advised to review the terms periodically for updates or changes.
